Useful tips – recording your complaint information

  1. Write down what your concerns are as simply and clearly as you can so that you can refer back to them later.
  2. If you send a written complaint, keep a copy of your letter
  3. Where your complaint is not resolved with a written response and a meeting is arranged, it is helpful to prepare a list of questions you want to ask. Take this with you to your meeting along with all of your other complaint records.
